An organisation wanted a strategic plan to guide its management and growth into the future
The process started with researching and collecting information about the company, the market and industry (using a range of research methods including libraries, internet, interviews with management and suppliers and customers.
Following this a SWOT and PEST analysis was undertaken using the Balanced Score Card approach (finance, customer, internal processes, learning) a series of goals, objectives and action plans were documented to guide the organisation in achieving the agreed vision and mission statements.
This was supported by a financial analysis of the organisation and lead to the adoption of key performance indicators to measure the success in implementing the Plan’s objectives.
We also facilitated workshops with the Executive Team, Board and other staff members.
The organisation had in place a Strategic Plan which charted its course for the next three years.
