A company needed assistance with preparing tenders to win new work and finding tender opportunities. It had done this themselves in the past but found they were not able to submit complying tenders.
Before starting the process we undertook an assessment of the organisation to determine if it was in a position to submit a complying tender. Did it have the right documentation, processes and organisational capacity to satisfy the requirements of the tender? A checklist was completed to determine what information they had and the gaps were filled by completing relevant documentation and changing business practices.
A number of tender opportunities were found for them and we managed the whole tender process which involved writing the tender submission, assisting with the financial model and packaging and delivering the tender.
At the end of this process the organisation was able to submit a fully compliant tender.
