Case Study One
An organisation wanted a strategic plan to guide its management and growth into the future.
The process started with researching and collecting information about the company, the market and industry (using a range of research methods including libraries, internet, interviews with management and suppliers and customers. We also facilitated workshops with the Executive Team, Board and other staff members.
Following this a SWOT and PEST analysis was undertaken using the Balanced Score Card approach (finance, customer, internal processes, learning) a series of goals, objectives and action plans were documented to guide the organisation in achieving the agreed vision and mission statements.
This was supported by a financial analysis of the organisation and lead to the adoption of key performance indicators to measure the success in implementing the Plan’s objectives.
The organisation had in place a Strategic Plan which charted its course for the next three years.
